MICM Education Fund: Addressing Challenges in the U.S. Healthcare Sector
The MICM Education Fund has responded to the resource shortages, labor constraints, and emergencies that transpired in the United States following the recent outbreak. In a proactive initiative, MICM established a Medical Training School within the United States to alleviate these pressing concerns. This program encompasses three key medical care disciplines: Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA): Focused on daily care, this program equips graduates with the qualifications required to provide in-home care. Typically, it involves a two-year nursing college curriculum culminating in licensure. Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN): ADN graduates can directly apply for a registered nurse's license, with the program spanning approximately three years. Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN): Upon BSN graduation, individuals are eligible to register as professional nurses and can directly pursue careers in nursing. Moreover, MICM's training not only facilitates entry into the United States but also offers a viable pathway to gainful employment in both the United States and China, rendering it a dependable platform for career advancement.
