The project is a part of the MICM Education Fund, addressing resource constraints and labor shortages that became acute in the United States in the wake of the outbreak, resulting in a state of emergency for many institutions. In response, MICM instituted a transformative solution by establishing a Medical Training School within the United States. Within the purview of this institution, three primary medical care programs are offered:

    1. Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA): This program, designed for daily care responsibilities, equips graduates with the qualifications necessary for licensure. Typically, a two-year nursing college education is required to attain this license.

    2. Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN): Graduates from the ADN program can directly apply for a registered nurse's license, typically after a three-year program.

    3. Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN): BSN graduates are eligible to apply for a professional nurse's job immediately after graduation and can also directly register for a nurse's license.

MICM's training programs not only prepare individuals for careers in the medical field but also facilitate the proper procedures for landing employment in the United States or China, offering a pathway to formalize their work status.
